Russian Centre of Science and Culture Kathmandu (RCSC-Kathmandu), Nepal Academy of Science & Technology (NAST), B.P. Koirala Memorial Planetarium, Observatory and Science Museum Development Board, Nepal Physical Society, Nepal Astronomical Society (NASO) and Nepal Science Olympiad are jointly organised a solemn meeting to mark the Cosmonautic Day (April 12) and the 80th Birth Anniversary of the first man in space-Yuri Gagarin at 3:30 PM -5:00 PM, April 9, 2014 at RCSC-Kathmandu.

National Astronomy Olympiad (NAO2014) Pre-Selection Result out now!

This is to notify that the result of National Astronomy Olympiad 2014 (NAO2014) pre-selection exam held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 conducted by Nepal Astronomical Society (NASO) and ESPRO Foundation for the participation in 8th International Olympiad in Astronomy and Astrophysics to be held in Romania is published.

The following candidates (alphabetical in order) have been qualified for the next step for the further selection of 5 final participants.
